Anubhav Dubey with his friend Anand Nayak started Chai Sutta Bar - A venture which aims to sell Hygiene Chai, since July 2016.

Story Behind Chai Sutta Bar

 Chai is was not considered as a respected business in our biased society. 

Without the support of my family, I and Anand at the age of 22, opened Chai Sutta Bar.

Due to low funds, all the interior operations are done by me and Anand for our first outlet

The first outlet of Chai Sutta Bar was opened in Bhwarkuan, Indore on 16 July 2016. 

All the employees working in  Chai Sutta Bar are economically poor or disabled. We provide them with food and a house to stay. Also, we serve Chai in Kulhads. This step brought a huge upliftment to the Pot Making Community. As through Chai Sutta Bar they got a good Business throughout the year and not just during Diwali or Dussehra.

The response which we got from our first outlet was epic. And within 3 months we opened our second outlet in Vijay Nagar, Indore.
After opening our second outlet, we saw a change in the mindset of the people, Chai Business is now seen as a respected business in our society. 

 Today, without Funding, we have around 13 outlets in the entire country. We are now serving in Indore, Ujjain, Bhopal, Mumbai, Pune, and Jaipur also in the upcoming month we'll be having 18 outlets in all, adding Jabalpur and Ahmedabad in the list. 

Changes In The Society - After Chai Sutta Bar

With the best Aroma of tea/coffee. Chai Sutta Bar brought many changes in the society as well. 

Some of the changes are:

1. Before: Chai is not considered as a respected business.
   After: Many Chai outlets in MP were opened by the youth community.

2. Before: Unhygienic Chai is served in the market.
    After:  As health is wealth, Chai Sutta Bar aims to serve hygienic Chai.

3. Before: Most  Disabled or economically poor people are unemployed.
    After:  Employment to the disabled or economically poor people increased. 

4. Before: Poor economic conditions in the pot making community.
      After: Economical upliftment in the pot making community . Throughout the year. 

5. Before: Chai is served in disposals (which harms our environment)
    After: Chai is served in kulhads, which supports an eco-friendly Nature. 

Achievements

In the last 3 years, We got many achievements in society. Some of them are:

 1. Since last 2 years, Chai Sutta Bar was invited at the IIM Indore, i5 summit, to present their Startup.

2. Chai Sutta Bar runs 

  No Smoking campaign which was also featured in Nayi Duniya Newspaper.

3.  We were the winners in the Millions Mind India Startup 2017-18, around 80 cities participated in the contest. We were awarded by the World Bank Director.

3. Team CSB invited to the JOSH TALKS to present their startup and ideology towards entrepreneurship. 

4. Invited as a guest at KV No.2 School, on occasion of Youth Skills Day. To present their ideas to the youth. 

5. Celebrated Valentines Day with orphans, old age people and disabled children in Mumbai, Indore, and Bhopal 

6. I am also the President of one of NGO in Rewa, MP.

Mission:  

• To open around 200 outlets in the entire country. 
•  To increase employment in the country. 
• To spread No smoking campaigns throughout the country
• To prevent usage of disposals for beverage in the country. 
• To put a wide smile on the face of needy people out there.
